Mid Transition

PROCEDURE: A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is issued for internal tracking upon receipt of your equipment. When our estimated cost of repair is 50% or less of the cost of a new unit, we proceed with the repair and invoice you upon shipment unless a pre-approved estimate is requested.

REQUIRED INFORMATION: Please complete the PRODUCT REPAIR FORM and ship along with the unit(s) you are sending in for evaluation.

CHARGES: Standard service rates are $125/hour* with a one hour minimum for all repair orders. A minimum evaluation charge of $125.00* is required for any non-warranty repair order which may be applied to any resulting repair charges. Extensive evaluations for entire systems on a per hour basis.

LEAD TIME: Our standard return time is 10-15 working days.

EXPEDITED REPAIRS: An expedited repair program is available when specified on the PRODUCT REPAIR FORM. Lead time is reduced to a mutually agreeable date from receipt of product. Expedite cost is 15% adder to the labor/parts costs.

WARRANTY: If a repair is covered under our standard WARRANTY we will repair, or at our option, replace the unit.
